I have funny problem. Each time I fill my tank and crank the motor, gas bubbles out of the gas tank top onto a hot motor. (It only does this when you crank the motor and then stops) At first I thought...to much gas in the tank. Wasn't the problem. I thought maybe if I started the motor while the bike was on the kickstand, and then right the bike the problem would go away. Didn't work. It doesn't happen all of the time, but lately it happens about 3 out of every 4 times. My main concern is the fact that gas is bubbling down onto a hot motor. It seems that there is some pressure build up within the tank. Starting the motor tends to force the gas out until gas begins to feed back into the carb.
Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions?
